ACTIVITY 1. On May 28, 2025, the INSITU team and the REDTREE team presented the project to members of the Board Team of the Intereuropean Human Aid Association (IHA). IHA is a grassroots organisation that provides humanitarian aid and assistance to refugees across Europe. They believe that Europe is not facing a refugee crisis, but a crisis of solidarity and shared values. For them, the answer is humanitarian action, from civil society and beyond national borders.

Thanks to this presentation, IHA showed interest in the project and in the implementation of the results once they have been completed.

ACTIVITY 2. In June 2025, INSITU presented the project to officials of FEANTSA, the European Federation of National Organisations Working with the Homeless. They are the only European NGO dedicated exclusively to the fight against homelessness. Their ultimate goal is to eradicate it in Europe. Founded in 1989, FEANTSA brings together non-profit services that support homeless people in Europe. They have more than 130 member organisations from 26 countries, including 23 Member States.

It was a very important presentation for the project, as they have the capacity to implement the results in a large number of organisations, facilitating the inclusion of many homeless people in Europe.

ACTIVITY 3. In June 2025, INSITU presented the project to EAPN officials, an independent coalition of NGOs and other groups involved in the fight against poverty and social exclusion in European Union member states.

It was a very important presentation for the project, as they have the capacity to implement the results in a large number of organisations, facilitating the inclusion of many homeless people in Europe.

ACTIVITY 4. On July 10, 2025, we requested virtual participation in the international congress ICERI2025, the 18th Annual International Conference on Education, Research and Innovation to present the E+ project «Reconnecting education with homeless people».

This is the ideal conference for professionals, researchers and technologists keen to keep up to date with the latest developments and innovations in education. Last year’s ICERI conference welcomed 900 attendees from all over the world.

ACTIVITY 5. In July 2025, INSITU presents the Erasmus Plus project «Reconnecting education with homeless people» to professionals in the social field, Third Sector entities, representatives of municipal social services and primary care technical staff who attended the conference held in Toledo in July 2025 for the official presentation of the Strategy for the Care of the Homeless of Castilla-La Mancha 2025-2030.

It was a great opportunity to publicize the project to those responsible for and professionals who work for the homeless.

ACTIVITY 6. On September 5, 2025, the IATED Academy accepted our participation in the international congress ICERI2025, the 18th Annual International Conference on Education, Research and Innovation to present the E+ project «Reconnecting education with homeless people».

ACTIVITIES 7-17. Between May and September 2025, LYCÉE LA FAYETTE presented the project to more than 10 educational centers of the G.R.E.T.A. Network, a network composed of more than 4,750 adult education centers in France, under the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research.

Thanks to this, the foundations for collaboration were laid, both for the implementation of the results once they are finalized and tested, and for their external evaluation.

ACTIVITY 18. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the E+ project to the members of the CERES Foundation. The Social Resources Center Foundation «CERES» was legally constituted in 1997 with the altruistic vision of helping people, through the creation and implementation of projects that promote the labor and, therefore, social insertion of all those people who, due to various factors, may find themselves in a situation of risk or vulnerability.

ACTIVITY 19. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the project to the members of the Technical Team of Inclusion of the City Council of Alcázar de San Juan. This team is made up of different professionals from the social field, supported by professionals from Social Initiative Entities, who participate in the development of Insertion Itineraries. Using a professional diagnostic tool for situations of social difficulty (SISO), this team assesses a family’s position within the Exclusion-Inclusion axis to develop COMPREHENSIVE INCLUSION ITINERARIES adapted to the specific needs of people, intensifying the action according to their level of employability, while promoting personal and social skills.

ACTIVITY 20. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the project to the members of the Technical Team for Inclusion of the City Council of Manzanares. Its objective is to improve the socio-occupational insertion of people in situations of social exclusion through the activation and implementation of integrated and personalized itineraries.

ACTIVITY 21. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the project to the General Directorate of Social Action of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha. It is a body of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha, under the Ministry of Social Welfare, which focuses on promoting social cohesion and inclusion in the region, mainly through the community intervention model of the Neighbourhood Network.

ACTIVITY 22. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the project to the head of the Social Action and Cooperation Service of the Junta de Castilla-La Mancha. It is an administrative structure of the Junta de Castilla-La Mancha that is part of the Ministry responsible for social action and cooperation policies. Its function is to manage and coordinate services and programmes related to social action and international cooperation at the regional level.

ACTIVITY 23. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the project to the Social Inclusion Coordinator of the Social Assistance Planning and Management Service of the General Directorate of Social Action of the Ministry of Social Welfare of Castilla-La Mancha.

ACTIVITY 24. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the project to the Provincial Delegation of Social Action of the Ministry of Social Welfare of Ciudad Real. This body, belonging to the Ministry of Social Welfare of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha, represents the Ministry in the province. Its main functions are to execute social welfare policies, coordinate services and benefits in the province and exercise the institutional representation of the Ministry.

ACTIVITY 25. We held a virtual presentation at the Benita Gil virtual center to publicize the E+ project. The E2.0C Benita Gil Educational Centre is an E2.0C centre that has innovative training strategies to train adults, both young people with obstacles, and adult trainers from social entities, through a new model of adult education more committed to social transformation and employability, focusing them towards a new orientation and new groups.

Thanks to this, many teachers of adults in Spain learned about the tools we are creating to improve the teaching work of teachers and promote the inclusion of homeless people.

ACTIVITY 26. We presented the project to students and teachers of Lesol Academy, an E2.0C virtual center that promotes second chances through flexible and accessible learning. They help young adults develop skills in entrepreneurship, employability and social economy.

ACTIVITY 27. We carried out the presentation of the project to students and teachers of the E2C Sud Auvergne center, which welcomes homeless students. It is a second chance centre for young adults between 16 and 29 years old who have dropped out of the school system and want to reorient themselves.

ACTIVITY 28. In October 2025, the ESPACIO PÚBLICO FOUNDATION published an article about the project in DIARIO PÚBLICO, a free, courageous, vigilant and critical media outlet, committed to guaranteeing independent and rigorous information that ends up changing unjust realities and building a more egalitarian world. Far from ideological clichés – and, of course, from commercial and business interests – it claims to be a means of progressive spirit, with a firm commitment to pluralism and diversity in all its facets: identity, linguistic, sexual, racial or functional and cultural.

This article gives the project a very high capacity for visibility.

ACTIVITY 29. From 10 to 12 November 2025 we presented the project at the ICERI2025 congress, the 18th International Congress on Education, Research and Innovation, in which we are presenting the methodological strategy created in the E+ project «Reconnecting education with homeless people».

ACTIVITY 30. From March 2 to 4, 2026 we presented the project at the international congress INTED2026, 20th annual International Conference on Technology, Education and Development that is taking place in Valencia.

For us it has been a great opportunity, as this conference, which has been held annually for the past two decades and hosts more than 700 experts each year, is an excellent opportunity for professionals, researchers and technologists to come together and explore the latest innovations in education.

ACTIVITY 31. In March 2026 we requested participation in the international congress EDULEARN26, XVIII Annual International Conference on Education and New Learning Technologies, to present the results of the pilot tests of the Erasmus Plus project «Reconnecting education with homeless people».

ACTIVITY 32. In April 2026 they accept our participation in the international congress EDULEARN26, XVIII Annual International Conference on Education and New Learning Technologies, to present the results of the pilot tests of the Erasmus Plus project «Reconnecting education with homeless people».

ACTIVITY 33. On 21 May 2026 Lesvos Solidarity successfully held the multiplier event to present the results of the Erasmus project «Reconnecting education with the homeless: a path to inclusion through adult education adapted to the reality of homelessness».

Thanks to this, we enabled hundreds of teachers and association members to access the results.

ACTIVITY 35. On 16 June 2026, Redtree held a multiplier event to present the results of the Erasmus Plus project «Reconnecting education with homeless people» to teachers from secondary schools and vocational training in Kato Achaia, Greece.

ACTIVITY 36. On June 19, 2026, Redtree held a multiplier event to present the results of the Erasmus Plus project «Reconnecting education with homeless people» to members of the Canteras Viva Association, is an association that works to improve the quality of life of people in their community, strengthening the feeling of identity and belonging through a variety of cultural activities, environmental and knowledge.

ACTIVITY 37. On July 8, 2026, Redtree held an in-person multiplier event at the A.D.I.S. headquarters in Villar del Arzobispo to present the E+ project, “Reconnecting education with homeless people.”

ACTIVITY 38. On July 9, 2026, Redtree held an in-person multiplier event at the Universitat Politècnica de València to present the E+ project, “Reconnecting education with homeless people.”

ACTIVITIES 41-94. Social media campaign. Through social networks we have carried out a visibility and dissemination campaign in which we have carried out 55 activities that in the last 3 months have reached 1,292 accounts.
