To guarantee the monitoring and evaluation of the project, a GLOBAL QUALITY SYSTEM was established in the planning phase through which we carry out the continuous monitoring, control and evaluation of all actions. This system is based on the PRINCE2 method, which not only allows the analysis of key indicators, but also detects any incidents and non-conformities (especially in the field of inclusion and adaptability).

PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is an evaluation method widely used in recent years at an international level for project management, as it not only minimizes the risks of the project and facilitates its management, but also guarantees the quality of the results.

PRINCE2 is based on seven principles:

CONTINUOUS JUSTIFICATION OF THE PROJECT

The project has a valid and justifiable reason for its realization, from the planning phase to its completion and subsequent sustainability phase. For this reason, the monitoring, control and evaluation processes take into account the impact on homeless adults (the main beneficiaries of the project).

LEARN FROM EXPERIENCE

Continuous learning of each phase is encouraged. Therefore, in the planning phase, final evaluation processes were established for each phase not only to carry out monitoring and evaluation, but also to learn and improve in the following phases.

DEFINED ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In the planning phase, those responsible for each work package, activity and commission were established, which were ratified in the preparation phase.

MANAGEMENT BY PHASES

The project is divided into clearly defined phases (planning, preparation, implementation, dissemination and sustainability with regular reviews, virtual follow-up meetings of quality committee managers via Google Meets and various evaluation mechanisms.

MANAGEMENT BY EXCEPTION

In order for the coordination committee to be able to make appropriate decisions in the face of possible risks or derivations (none have currently emerged), we carry out an analysis at the end of each phase, and at the critical points of qualitative and quantitative indicators.

FOCUS ON RESULTS

We focus not only on the actions of the project, but also on the results that will be created in order to ensure their quality, effectiveness and usefulness for the target groups.

ADAPTATION TO THE PROJECT

The methodology is adapted to the specific characteristics of the main beneficiary group, homeless adults, as well as to the reality of the partner entities, the Erasmus Plus programme itself and the needs of the project.

External evaluation

1 external committee of 101 experts in innovative educational methodologies has positively evaluated the methodology. In order to validate the quality of the project and the results we are generating, a large number of international expert evaluators in the field of innovative education have been contacted (several of them members of the evaluation committees of the most relevant international congresses on the subject educational innovation).

The expert committee was made up of:
